The project consists of the renovation of four buildings across three properties: 1614-1624 North Clinton, 899 Culver Road, and 699 East Main. While the initial development approach focused on a minimal refresh of the units, broken across more than a dozen permit sets, the project has evolved to include a more comprehensive renovation project for each building.
