With the exciting opportunity to design lakefront luxury townhouses located in Southside of the Seneca Lake, the design team has presented three unique design concepts, ranging from modern style to traditional gambrel style. The current site layout proposes the construction of 15 two-story townhouse units, complemented by a 3000 sqft clubhouse building. The project will feature two main types of units: inboard and end units. Each unit type will be based on a typical floor plan design specific to the inboard and end units, which will then be mirrored to create the 3-unit building block type and the 4-unit building block type.
